How to use the Propane Fireplace

1. Point remote at fireplace. 
2. Press MODE to turn on and off

⚠️  Safety Guidelines ⚠️

• Do Not Leave Unattended: Always turn off the fireplace when leaving the cabin or going to sleep.
• Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation by keeping windows or vents unobstructed.
• No Combustibles Nearby: Keep flammable items such as paper, fabrics, and furniture at least 3 feet away from the fireplace.
• Children: Supervise children around the fireplace at all times.
• No Items in Fireplace: Do not place any items inside the fireplace. This is a gas unit and inserting objects can damage the system or cause a fire hazard. Guests who place items in the fireplace will be charged a $500 repair fee. This is for your safety!
• In Case of Emergency: If you smell gas or suspect a leak, turn off the fireplace immediately, evacuate the cabin, and contact us at (215) 570-8347.

⚠️*Fire extinguishers are located under kitchen sink and under table on front porch.

Thermostats

• Living room controls living room and upstairs bedroom.
• Downstairs bedroom controls bedroom and kitchen.

TV

• To access streaming apps, hit the SOURCE button.

Lighting

• All of the lights are on dimmers. Push the top button to turn on and the bottom button to adjust the light level.
• The switch to the left when you first walk in the door controls the outdoor lighting, including the string lights in the side yard.

Outdoor Furniture

• Please ensure deck furniture cushions are covered when not in use.
• Please use waterproof pet blanket if you have a dog.
  

Water

• We are on well water that has been tested and safe to drink.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

• In case of emergency, please dial 911.
• A fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen cabinet under the sink (left side) and another fire extinguisher is located on the bottom shelf of the red table on the porch.
• First Aid Kit is hung in hallway in front of the bathroom.
• Our phone numbers are provided throughout the house in case you need to contact us directly.
