How to use the Propane Fireplace

  1. Press the RED CIRCLE (off) and UP FLAME buttons once to turn on.
  2. Wait 30 seconds.
  3. You will hear a series of beeps while it goes through the ignition process.
  4. Voila! That’s it. You have fire!
  5. To turn off, press the OFF (red circle) once.

Note: The fire will warm the house fairly quickly, so we ask that you don’t leave it running unless you’re in the room.

⚠️ Caution: Do not put anything on the burner, including logs or food items. If you smell gas, do not try to light and contact Nina/Brett immediately.

Thermostats

  • Living room controls living room and upstairs bedroom.
  • Downstairs bedroom controls bedroom and kitchen.

TV

  • To access streaming apps, hit the SOURCE button.
  • Streaming services: Netflix and Prime Video

Lighting

  • All of the lights are on dimmers. Push the top button to turn on and the bottom button to adjust the light level.
  • The switch to the left when you first walk in the door controls the outdoor lighting, including the string lights in the side yard.

Living Room Furniture

  • Sofas and arms chairs are recliners

Outdoor Furniture

  • Please ensure deck furniture cushions are covered when not in use.
  • Please use waterproof pet blanket if you have a dog.

Water

  • We are on well water that has been tested and safe to drink.

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

  • In case of emergency, please dial 911.
  • A fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen cabinet under the sink (left side) and another fire extinguisher is located on the bottom shelf of the red table on the porch.
  • First Aid Kit is hung in hallway in front of the bathroom.
  • Our phone numbers are provided throughout the house in case you need to contact us directly.
